Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on rans77 at any time. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method and Account tier. Deposit funds are processed in real time; if a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact our support team immediately.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise approved by rans77 compliance. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the method selected and the Player's KYC status. rans77 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail only for the subject matter of that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified as a multiplier (e.g., "10x" means you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the bonus value). New Players are eligible for a Welcome Bonus on their first qualifying deposit. Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses through techniques such as low-risk "hedging" wagers, arbitrage betting, or coordinated multi-account play will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, plus suspension of the Account.
All bets placed on the rans77 Platform are final once confirmed. Players accept full responsibility for each bet they place. rans77 offers markets across a broad range of sports including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup), basketball, badminton, MotoGP, and e-sports. Betting options include 1X2 (match result), Asian Handicap (voor bola — a popular Indonesian handicap betting format), Over/Under, Both Teams to Score (BTTS), correct score, and accumulator bets (known as mix parlay among Indonesian bettors).
All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the market closes. In the case of a factual error in published odds (manifest error), rans77 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and to offer re-settlement at the correct price. Official results for sports events are determined by the relevant governing body; casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG algorithms.
Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at rans77's sole discretion during an event. If a live bet is accepted and the event is subsequently abandoned before completion, settlement will follow the relevant sport's rules for incomplete events as outlined in our full Sportsbook Rules documentation.

You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager on the Platform. rans77 accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred through normal use of the Platform. You agree to use the Platform at your own financial risk and to wager only amounts you can afford to lose.
The Platform integrates third-party services including payment processors, game software providers, and data feed suppliers. rans77 shall not be liable for any failure, delay, error, or interruption caused by these third-party services, nor for any loss arising from their performance or non-performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rans77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless rans77, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by rans77 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. Upon closure, any verified available balance remaining in your Account (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five (5) business days.
rans77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
